Does anyone have suggestions for inspiring weightloss/fitness blogs?
I’ve been stuck at about 115 pounds and a higher body fat percentage than I would like and the extra motivation to help get into shape the healthy way would really help.
And for the record before anyone replies with concerns, I am not afraid of calories and I have a hard time gaining weight even if I try, I just want to gain muscle mass and am completely aware that a number on a scale is not what I am aiming for or need to make me happy.
